Board information
Benson Hill is a non-profit organization, run by a volunteer parents Board. Leadership skills, creativity and commitment of our parent Board members keep our school running. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the philosophy of the preschool is upheld; establishing and maintaining all school policies; and providing guidance and supervision of the school’s operations.
Board Meetings are held once a month at the preschool. All Board meetings are open and any parent may attend, whether for general information, or for bringing up a special concern. The Board is comprised of Class Chairs (voting members, one from each class), teachers (non-voting members), a representative from Green River Community College (non-voting members) and the following Executive Board positions:
